Policy
Squeaky Burger does permit audio taping of live performances.
Squeaky Burger encourages the free trade of the music. We do not, however, encourage or support sale of these recordings.
Ownership of these recordings belongs to Squeaky Burger, who may request said recording from the taper. Ownership of the recording media (tape, DAT, MD, Hard Drive, etc..) belongs to the taper who will be reimbursed for cost of media should Squeaky Burger choose to claim the recording for which we have ownership.
Note: Squeaky Burger reserves the right to revoke or suspend these taping privileges on a moment's notice for any reason we deem necessary.
